Car smells like cigarettes now! Thanks!

We took the car in because it made a squeaking noise, thought it was the belts. They said it might be the breaks which would be more expensive...asked them to call before letting me know which it was. They DIDN`T. Walked back over was informed it was the breaks, was quoted a price and time. Suffice it to say it took 45 minutes longer than quoted and was charged $25 more than they quoted. Tried to argue but got nowher... view moree. Finally got in the car and there was a huge black smear on the steering wheel and the car ranked of cigarette smoke. NEVER AGAIN!

an oil change that took two hours

We took our car here for an oil change and a coolant flush. They suggested a power steering flush. They told us that they could do these two flushes at the same time an it would take about 10 minutes. Okay. Well about an hour and 30 minutes later, the guy walks in to apologize for the long wait but he had to drain out his machine before he could work on our car. Wouldn`t that have been nice to know? 10 more min... view moreutes he said. Well we were in there 2 hours. awful. Also, when we handed the car over, we told them to make sure to put the pair filter on properly because we always face this problem after an oil change were the car is VERY loud. the guy was almost defensive. Believe it or not, as we drive away, the car was VERY loud. So we did a U-turn to have them fix it and they noticed they had spilled coolant all over the front of the car. Not a great place to go.
