These people are crooks. They ...

These people are crooks. They took advantage of my grandparents when they went to purchase a new car. I guess they thought they could swindle older adults. They lied to my grandparents and told them the cadillac they purchased was "brand new." When my grandparents arrived home, they discovered the car had 4,000 miles on it and was only then told it was a loaner car (cars people use when their car is in the ... view moreshop). So they returned the car and purchased a Buick SUV. They were told they would get around $7000 for their trade in and a discount of $4000. Instead of taking this money off their total cost, they ADDED it to their total cost, driving the price over the sticker. When my grandparents noticed this, they called and made an appointment. They went to their appointment and had to wait 45 minutes only to not be seen. This happened 3 more times. Who does that to 82 year old people?? They then had to contact a lawyer to get this taken care of. This place is dishonest and is full of poor business deals. I would never ever purchase a car from this place. They will take advantage of you or your loved ones, and that is not right.
