I guess I`m another victim. Wish I had looked for reviews before I attempted to purchase. The hassle is definitely not worth the $5 or so savings. Cancelled my order and they still kept my money. Had to get credit card company involved. That`s another 60 days of hassle.

I found that the Just Suspension team works hard to make sure the customer gets what was ordered quickly and for a great price. There`s no question--I would recommend these guys to anyone!

I recently ordered about 400.0...
I recently ordered about 400.00 worth of suspension parts from them. The cost locally would have been 600.00+. The parts arrived when promised, they were correct, the mechanic who installed them said they were good parts. I was a little worried about some of these reviews, but I like this company and I will order from them again. They were easy to deal with, delivered everything they promised, and discounted my ord... view moreer. Who could ask for anything more? I really do not care how many employees they have, where their offices are, etc. They did a great job of supplying parts for my pathfinder (not the most common truck). I was not looking for an Email chat friend or someone to talk to on the phone, I wanted good parts, cheap, and they got it done.
Just Suspension Rules! I will buy from them again.

This is the worst company to d...
This is the worst company to deal with...I purchased 2 struts for my car. The struts came 2 days later than told in torn up boxes. Placed the struts on my car and the passenger side clunks. Called Monroe and they said to do the warranty through this place since I bought them here. After waiting 10 minutes on hold, the lady told me that I have to remove the strut, sent it back and then they will check it out. I told h... view moreer I cannot be without a car and a car cannot drive without a strut. She then continued to tell me to go to another auto parts place in the area, purchase a new strut, then have it installed. Wait 2 weeks and return the broken one to the store. She was of no help! Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place!!!!

Buyers Beware
Ordered parts from these guys beginning of Dec online with a credit card. Got an email saying the card did not go through. I checked and found that I did not have enough money to do the project. I went into my order page that was pending and cancelled everything out. At that moment the screen no longer showed my order as pending so I thought everything was ok. Imagine my surprise when on Christmas Day all these p... view morearts start showing up. Box was so beat up to send back I put into a better box. Never got a response to my email so I started calling. Carl refused to believe that I had cancelled the order. I guess you can place an order online but it won`t let you cancel it. It seems to but doesn`t. Ultimately they are keeping over $600 in restock & shipping fees. Wish I had of read the other review before ordering. Buyers Beware - this company does not have a return policy on its website for a reason. It is not consumer friendly. It took them over a week just to count my parts and come up with an amount they would even credit me back. I tried to change my phone # online and it didn`t save the change after repeated tries. They do not seem very interested or the slightest concerned with their gaps in customer service at all. I have learned a very costly lesson may you not have to go through what I have. I ordered an extra seat cover months ago for my challenger and Year One is taking it back now, giving me a credit and even paid for the shipping. Carl at Just Suspension is gruff and very defensive and the company is not one that I would recommend purchasing with.

Avoid at all cost!
Worst experience buying anything. Ordered a kit of 4 KYB shocks. Got 3 shocks, three and 1/2 weeks later. The 4th arrives another week and a half after that. The 4th shock does NOT match the other front shock. I sent an email with photo`s that showed the physical differences and part numbers. No response. Sent another email and still no response. I called and was told "we shipped you exactly what you ordered... view more". Well it`s not what their web page stated. I had to send back one of the shocks at my own expense with better packaging than what was sent to me, before they would send me back one that should match the front of my car. One would think that IF they cared enough about their customers or their work, they would jump at the chance to make things right. Enough said.
