I still have yet to get my veh...

I still have yet to get my vehicle back. I was originally told I would get my car back on 8/29. I took a half day from work so I could pick up my car. They had been telling me for the past 3 1/2 weeks that it would be ready on 8/29. I called them up at 9am on 8/29 and I was told that they didn`t think it was ready yet. They would call me "right back." - They called me at 1:30, only to tell me that now ... view morethey need to take my car to the Honda dealership because more was wrong with it. Really? You couldn`t call me the day before to tell me if wasn`t going to be ready in time? Or perhaps a couple of days. Ridiculous! Communication with them is horrible! I called this morning (8/30) to make sure I could pick up my car today - Since I was told it would be ready today now. Called them (see how I`m always calling them to get my car??)... Anyway, I called that at 10am to make sure I could still pick up my car today. I was told I could pick it up at noon. At 11, I was called (wow?? They called me!!)... I was called and told that now I can`t pick up my car at noon. I MIGHT be able to pick today. Given that this is a holiday weekend, I definitely won`t be able to pick it up on Monday. So now.. maybe Tuesday? This place is a joke. Their communication skills horrible. I would definitely NOT recommend this place to anyone!!!!

My van was smashed. True2Form brought it back

My Odyssey was smashed in the front and right front. It needed a whole new front end along with the associated air bag and seat belt replacements. True2Form brought it back, better than before. Besides being easy to deal with, they were attentive to my concerns and requests. Thanks, Taylor
