Found the car on the internet. Autotrader.com. After calling and confirming the car was available, I drove 60 miles there and they couldn`t find the car I was looking for! But they had one similar and it was just as nice but cost a little more. After telling them that I wanted to purchase the car and all the numbers were right I waited 2 and 1/2 hours for financing! They have some of the rudest and least knowledg... view moreeable employees there of any other dealership I`ve ever been to! I only purchased the car there because they were the only dealership that had one that day. Now after purchasing the vehicle I`ve noticed that they screwed up my tags and I`m going to have to pay $140 to fix after they have charged me the tag fees! I`m going to warn anyone who decides to do business with them , they will spam your email and phone with junk daily and when you call them you`ll have to leave a voice mail just for them to take more that 24 hrs to call you back! horrible service!!!

I found a car I was interested in online and called up to ask questions about it. I was assured that everything worked or it would not be sold. Upon driving four hours to the dealership to purchase the car, I was greeted with a host a problems with the vehicle. The blinkers did not function, the adjustable suspension did not function properly, and the electronics on the instrument panel were scrambled and malfunction... view moreing. When I brought this up to the VERY kind sales person she took it back to the service department where I never saw it again. I tried another vehicle that ended up having a faulty TCS. I asked to speak to the manager of the woman I spoke to over the phone by the name of Angela and had assured everything was working. The manager refused to speak to me or even compensate for the wasted trip. I was very polite throughout the visit, and Kelly was very helpful, I feel as though the management there is not to be trusted. STAY AWAY. They will lie.

My husband and I bought a truck in may 2012 and paid $19k for this truck. We put $2000. Down and bank financed the rest of it. They knew this truck was being bought for work purposes. We were never offered an extended warranty on the truck, not one time. If we had been offered the extended warranty, we would have gladly purchased the warranty. We found out the reason after 8 months was the bank capped us at a payment... view more of $400. A month but it could have been offered with a little money down and we could have made monthly payments to cover the rest from the owner Blake. Three weeks after we bought the truck, it started acting up. It sounded like a Jake brake of a semi. Talked to our local mechanic as we were out of state on business. we called the dealer, talked Greg McLaughlin (spelling?). He was going to check into some things and call us back. He never called us back and I should have called them again when he didn`t return my call. This was my first mistake. I should have taken the truck back right then. This happened two more times. At this point, I started losing oil out the blowby tube at a rate of 1 quart every 1000 miles. After we made 5 payments on our truck, and on November 19th, our engine blew in our Dodge. We were using/losing 1 quart of oil every 100 miles, tons of blowby, and oil leaking out all over the engine. We came back home, my wife got a job, I`m still trying to get back to work, we`re 3 payments behind and they`ll be taking the truck this Friday if we can`t get the $1200. We owe them for our payments. We have contacted the dealership, even taken the truck up there to see about getting it fixed, and the owner Blake offered us 3 options in which he is now, not even answering my phone calls. this is the first time that we`ve ever spent this much money on a vehicle, and the only time. I will never spend this much on a truck again unless I have cash or can get a warranty. I also will not deal with a dealership again, not this one or any.
This truck was taken care of, the oil was changed every 6k to 8k miles per dodge dealership, also lucas oil, diesel kleen, etc was added per dodge dealership. The miles put on the truck are all highway miles. The turbo was changed out, also throw out bearing.
Wish I could add pics

Editorial review from Citysearch
I have purchased many vehicles in my 62 years, but this one one of the easiest and best transactions ever. Kevin and Don in finance along with the ladies are the best!.. I had a little problem with my bank and they handled it! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone!

This was the 1st time I`ve purchased a car in over 10 years and I must say I was very pleased with my experience at Kernersville Chrysler Dodge. Let`s face it, we all hate having to do all the dealership stuff. When it`s time, you want to know your dealing with a professional staff and a place that has a good reputation. I worked with Omar Fernando and he was just great ! Great deals here too !! Much better than I ha... view mored found elsewhere.

Worry free and efficient
Worked with Omar Serapio. Worth the drive up from Charlotte. Good price, generous trade in value, and smooth financing. Overall, very happy with my purchase and choice of Kernersville Dodge. Would recommend.

Best car buying experience ever
I was in the market for a full size diesel truck. I found Kernersville Dodge on ebay. They had every truck any one could want. I decided to drive from Chapel Hill to look at each brand of truck in one place. The sales rep showed me, my wife, and two kids around the lot. We picked out about eight trucks to look at. He went and got the keys. We played with each truck until we finally found one to drive. The sales rep n... view moreever acted impatient or like we were wasting his time. We decided on the truck we wanted and came to a deal. There was no pressure, no arguing. Everybody was laid back, yet very professional. They gave me the feeling that they were focused on my best interests, not their own. I left with a nice truck at a good price and a smile!

Experience a Kernersville Dodge
We had a half-way good experience at Kernersville Dodge.
The sales rep and the finance manager were great to work with. Can`t say the same about Blake, the General manager. I had told the sales rep that I had already taken care of our financing thru my credit union. This seemed to irritate the sales manager so he wanted to meet with my wife and I in a strong arm kind of way so he could run the financing thru Kerners... view moreville Dodge with my credit union. I felt like if we didn`t do that there could be a problem. So we allowed it. The main problem was when he sat before us in flip-flops and shorts. That wasn`t too bad. It was kind of rude when he spoke with a wad of chewing tobaco in his mouth. Not very professional. This person would not work for me unless he cleaned his act up. We were not impressed. I was also emailed a Company survey and somehow lost it on my computer. I have asked the sales rep on 4 different occassions to re-send it and as of yet, not received it. Other than that, things went pretty well.

Still On The Fence...Even AFTER Buying!
I located the SUV that I wanted on Kernersville Chrysler Dodge`s website. Before I could click the submit button, Angela Alcorn from the Internet Sales department was calling me!! I thought that this must be the start of supurb customer service, I guess this is why I don`t get paid for thinking! I told Angela the SUV on their website that I was interested in and she told me that she would submit my information to the... view more bank and give me a call back. 2 days later, and I was still waiting for Angela to call me back!
I called Angela back, but conveniently I got her voicemail. I left her a message to call me to inform me of what the bank was requiring in order for me to purchase the SUV that I wanted. Angela called me right back...THE NEXT DAY! I was taken back by her lack of professionalism! After calling Angela back after missing her call and listening to her voicemail that she left me, because after all I do have a family to take care of and a job to go to, conveniently, I get her voicemail again!!
Day 4 of fooling around with Angela ""I Need To Have My Phone Super Glued To My Ear So I Will Answer Potential Buyer`s Calls"" Alcorn, I still haven`t gotten a straight answer on what`s needed on my end to purchase this SUV! Day 5 and I`m assuming Angela no longer works here (that is, until I get the email to rate my car buying experience)! I called BACK to the dealership on the 5th day and I`m almost at my breaking point now and I ask to deal with another sales rep. I got Melinda. I explained to Melinda my ordeal with Angela ""I Need To Have My Phone Super Glued To My Ear So I Will Answer Potential Buyer`s Calls"" Alcorn and she apologized and said that she would need to get my file from Angela to pick up on her short comings. I told Melinda which SUV I wanted and she informed me that that SUV had just been sold the night before. Talk about someone being pissed!! I strongly believe that had Angela done her job efficiently, I would have been the one that purchased the SUV that I originally wanted!
Melinda said that she`d call me back with the details from the bank on another SUV. I expected Melinda to pull an Angela ""I Need To Have My Phone Super Glued To My Ear So I Will Answer Potential Buyer`s Calls"" Alcorn and call me back the next day, but surprisingly, Melinda called me back in less than 15 mins with ALL of the details from the bank and I was on the lot the very next day purchasing the SUV!
Now I will admit that when you walk into the dealership, the ""TOWER OF POWER"" is quite intimidating! I`m sure there`s another place to put the finance folks or even bring the tower down a foot or 2! It gives off the impression that ""I`m bigger than you and your credit score!""
I just pray that when it`s time for me to get my SUV serviced that I don`t get an Angela ""I Need To Have My Phone Super Glued To My Ear So I Will Answer Potential Buyer`s Calls"" Alcorn! She needs to be taken off out of the Internet Sales Department and made to be a greeter like Walmart has! Atleast that way she`ll have no choice in recognizing and talking to customers!
