After seeing other reviews, I called Turner Towing to take my car from Raleigh to Greensboro. Mr. Turner charged the quoted price, was here on time, took good care of the car without me going along. I would call him again for any towing need. Highly recommended.

James went out of his way to help EXCELLENT customer service

My car broke down driving from Charlotte to see my sister before surgery in Raleigh. James went out of his way to meet me at the hospital, assure me he would deliver my car to the dealership and had some very kind words of encouragement to share on a difficult day. He got my car there, called and confirmed it was there. You can hire tow truck drivers, but not one like James...thanks James, you made a difficult day... view more easier.

Great Fast Help

James came out to my broken down truck in less than 10 minutes. We talked about the problem with my truck and he asked if he could help by trying to get it started. I told him yes go ahead. He opened the hood and look at the battery and cables. He checked to see that they were tight and not loose. He then tried to jump start it for me. He was Much More than just a tow truck driver. A True Blessing

Just had my car towed ~ James (Mr Turner of Turner Towing)... What a kind gentleman... He was there 2 mintues before he promised ~ and was loaded up and secured in just a couple minutes. Thank you King`s Auto for the referral ~ a true Blessing.

LIFE SAVER

James was wonderful!
My son is a student in Raleigh and I am in Charlotte. My son called to let me know his tire had blown out while traveling on 440. He did not have the proper tools to change the tire. I called Turner`s Towing after seeing other positive reviews posted. I can not tell you how relieved I was to hear someone on the other end of line that was more concerned about getting my son out of that situati... view moreon safely than about getting paid! Excellent Service, Prompt and extremely Reasonable

Turner`s Towing is by far the best company I have had tow my vehicles. Mr. Turner is very professional, friendly, and doesn`t take advantage of you as some companies have for me in the past. Unfortunately I have had cause to have family vehicles towed on 3 occasions this year and each time was charged at least twice what Mr. Turner charges and I had to have my car towed further!! Friendly, Honest & Dependable

Turner`s is great. Mr. Turner was friendly and professional, and instead of simply towing me to my requested location, he helped me identify the problem (dead or low-charge car battery) AND saved me money by directing me to AutoZone, where I had my battery checked for free (it was dead) and replaced for only the cost of the part and zero labor. I`ll be able to drive to work now without fear, and am secure in the knowledge that I now have a dependable battery under the hood, and a great guy willing to tow the car if something else goes wrong.
