DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. The very worst customer service, mechanics were the worst, owner made me feel like I owed him something instead of fixing a lemon that was sold to me.

I will not do business here again, poor salesmanship. I tried to buy a bike from them but they would not even let us turn it on, how can you buy something without even checking it out. In the end I bought using Craigslist. This place got a NO SALE! I wouldn`t bother stopping here.

messed up an oil change and got hostile

I took my bike there to get the oil changed and the plug fell out while I was on I85 and I couldn`t get off because of the construction barriers. My engine blew and they will not honor anything. They did not install a "crush" washer which prevents the plug from backing out. Now I`m out of a 06 gsx katana 750 with only get this... 5000 miles on it. That`s all. They also said it was my fault because I didn`t ... view morecheck after them to make sure it was tight. The whole situation was wrong as far as how a company should be. The shop mechanic was trying to get me to hit him. He was yelling threats, hollow but still threats, and getting very close to me. Go to any other place than this one. You will regret this place. Also their bikes are cheap because they`re a no name brand.
