Ultmate Autobody took my car after an accident in May 2010 (5 months after my dad died). By June 2010, I was in the hospital with the same bone infection that killed my dad. Ultimate Autobody refused to take my payment for the car. Instead, Ultimate Autobody went behind my back, lied to the NC DMV and NC Courts by telling them that all procedures have been taken (sending me a bill, telling me how much the stor... view moreage fees were and I refused to pay). None of those procedures were true. Jeremy Jones of Ultimate Autobody actually told the NC Courts that I was mentally ill (bc I was depressed after family deaths) and, as such, should not be trusted. Ultimate Autobody got my car from Last Chance Garage (owned by Doug and Andrea Caruolo). While I was in the hospital, Andrea contacted my mom and asked if I would sell her my car. I believe that Ultimate Autobody stole my car to sell the car to Andrea Caruolo. It is unacceptable when auto repair shops and auto body shops work together to steal cars. It is dangerous and unethical.
