crooks!
Not only do they try to pressure you into all sorts of add-ons (for ridiculously high prices), but the workers stole money from my car!
All I wanted was a basic oil change. Coins were sitting in the change tray of my car, and unless they took my car over bumps that dislodged them (but the prior 4000 miles driven didn`t dislodge them), the guy stole about $3 in quarters!
I`ll never be back there...criminals... view more!

Same problem with the Jiffy Lube on High House and Cary Parkway
Two years ago they failed my wife`s 2000 Buick for wiper blades when she took it in. So, last year I took it and again they were going to fail it for wipers, but I mentioned the fact that it had just had new blades put on. So, he backed down because he knew he was wrong.
So, this year my wife took it and sure enough my wipers were bad again. They way they described the blades you would think they were all falli... view moreng apart.
Three`s a charm. I am officially boycotting JL.

Dishonest, Misleading
Went for inspection on my Mazda 6. Technician said I needed new wiper blades to pass inspection. Being a woman and not knowing much about cars, I accepted the deal. They quoted me $12.99 per wiper blade. After the inspection, I got home and my husband inspected the old wiper blades. He said they looked like they were purposely torn and one was physically bent. I`m not sure you how you can bend a wiper blade. T... view morehe blades were working perfectly fine the week before. Also, my husband read over the invoice, and they had charged me $13.99 each, instead of the quoted amount. I called back and recieved a rehearsed apology, but no real explaination. They apologized for quoting me the wrong price and for the damaged with the wiper blades, stating that the damage was probably already done previous to me bringing the car in. The amount is too small to really dispute over, but I do feel like I was taken advantage of.

Don`t go here!
I took my Land Rover for an inspection and an oil change. When I went to get my car they said my battery was bad and they had to jump start my car. The salesperson said I HAD to buy a battery there or I wouldn`t make it home. He insisted that my battery was not still under warranty. I have never had a problem with my car until I took it to this place. I left and called the Land Rover dealership. They did replac... view moree my battery, however, when Jiffy Lube jump started my car they scrambled the computer system in my car. The dealership kindly fixed it, but it should not have been an issue in the first place. I would not reccommend using Jiffy Lube, especially if you have a Land Rover.
