I just had to have my Tiburon fixed after someone backed into my hood & bumper. I get several referrals from friends to Cary Collision in Apex, so I took it there. They did an excellent job in my car. It looks like new - better than before the accident, and they stayed within their estimate, and finished on-time. Beautiful Body Work

I backed in to my friends Black Ford Mustang and I took it here to get it fixed. Not only did they do a super job, but they did it for $600 less than 3 other shops I checked with. I hear black is a very hard color to get back looking good after an accident, but these guys did it and 3 years later it still looks perfect!!!

Above and Beyond!

Cary Collision Center met and exceeded my expectations when I brought in my car with a crunched driver`s side door. I was impressed by their customer service and courtesy, and I intend to refer friends and associates there whenever I have the opportunity!

Poor customer service and workmanship

They replaced my front bumper on my car 9/06. They gave lifetime guarantee and this month the paint started flaking off. I took the car in and they agreed to fix it. The day before they were suppose to fix it they called and said they needed my paper work because they lost theirs. Not only were they were unwilling to work with me until I found my paper work, they treated me as it I was trying to steal from them. ... view moreNote I would not be there if it was done correctly the first time. They contacted the owner and he was useless. I did find my paper work and they started the work. This job was also done poorly. I can see the bumper where they sanded though the paint near the wheel. Spoke to the owner Scott Phillips and he walked away before resolving this issue.
