Took my car there for service even though I did not buy it there. They couldn`t have been nicer, got the work done quickly, and out the door in less time than most quick service places. Found a new service location.

Don`t Trust Them!!!
I bought a car from CBS a couple of weeks ago. I was told that this was car was in good shape. Something told me to go get the car looked at the next morning. When I did, I got nothing but horrible news. The car has serious exhaust and oil leaks, the ball joints make the car dangerous to drive, the tie rods and sway bars are also defective. These problems would cause a car not to pass inspection! That`s funny, ... view morebecause when I bought the car the manager told me that it did not need to be inspected because they had already done so! Either the lied about having it inspected or they chose to chose to lie about what was wrong with the car. I asked them multiple times if the car needed anything done to it. They repeatedly told me that it was fine. They lied to me right in my face!! The manager just stood there like he didn`t even care; he didn`t help me at all. On the way home, the car cut off!! This company cannot be trusted so BEWARE!!!!!

Got Hosed! Be Cautious
I bought a car from them over the summer. It wasn`t cooling great and I expressed my concern to CBS -- I was told they stand behind their vehicles and that I would have nothing to worry about and the A/C should be fine. Now, I have just been hit with a $2000 repair bill as the A/C compressor died, as was my concern to begin with and the brakes and rotors are also having to be replaced ... not even 8 months owning t... view morehis vehicle and this is the kind of repair crap that I was trying to avoid by buying this car from them. Be cautious as they are shady just like every other car dealer/salesman you`ll come across. 6 month warranty/6000 miles is all they offered me and I got screwed. Thanks CBS!!!!

I recently purchased my first car on my own from CBS Cars. I had a great experience. All of the staff that I came in contact were friendly and helpful. There is no pressure to buy here...which I loved! My salesman was very knowledgeable and had a wide range of information about the different cars on the lot. Great Experience @ CBS Quality Cars
Today I purchased my 5th car and I can honestly say that this was my best car buying experience I have ever had.
My husband was out of town for the weekend and it was my grand idea to buy a new cargo van for the business. He gave me some tips on what to ask the dealer and trusted that I would make a wise decision. I found the cargo van I wanted on the internet at CBS Quality Cars. Most of the dealing was done ove... view morer the internet and phone with Taylor Mayo. He was very professional and answered all of my questions promptly. I had my two babies with me so I didn?ˆ™t have time to go to the dealership and haggle back and forth. Taylor truly wanted to earn my business and did so without trying to smooth talk me or offer me empty promises like most car salespeople who just want to sell a car do. Once the deal was finalized over the phone, I went into the dealership to sign the paperwork.
The next person I met with was Ryan Pool, the sales manager. Now this is generally the part of the deal that is the most dreadful. The paperwork has to be done and the guy generally runs over everything so fast that you don?ˆ™t really know what you are signing but you are afraid to ask too many questions because this is the big guy and you don?ˆ™t want him to get irritated with you. Well not with Ryan. Rayn was so personable and friendly I felt like I could ask him any question. When I didn?ˆ™t understand something he explained it again. Like I said before, I had my two babies with me and one was running around his office and he thought it was great. Ryan made this part of the car buying experience extremely pleasant. He was very honest and I could tell that he was more concerned with customer service than making a buck.
Another thing that I really appreciated was the fact that Taylor paired me with someone that he knew would deal well with all of the commotion from the kids. I liked not having to worry if the big guy was going to be getting irritated with my two year old acting like a two year old.
Overall I am a very satisfied customer. So dads and husbands, you can feel confident sending your daughters and wives to CBS Quality Cars. Ask for Taylor or Rayn and I can assure you they will be treated well.

DONT PURCHASE A CAR FROM CBS!!!
On Nov. 1st I purchased a vehicle from CBS. With agreement to do the Schedule B maintenance. On Nov. 2nd smoke started coming from the exhaust from the tail pipe and the check engine light came on. I have an We owe you from the company that states they were suppose to do maintenance and fix the acceleration/smoke issue! But the owner Steve Smith doesn`t care!! This didn`t mean anything to him! To date I have spent ov... view moreer $2300 on getting this car repaired and it is still not repaired! The car had not been serviced at all! The mechanic i took it to removed leaves and sand from the inside of the car! The wrong oil was put in I had to get a oil change, engine flush, spark plug wires changed, and coil packs put on and its still a smoking train!
