Purchased a used car from AutoPark Chrysler Jeep on 6-3-12. Salesperson was James Mills. Had one of the better experiences at a car dealership that I`ve had (really hate dealerships). Service Department is full of liars and cheats. They try to swindle people into making unnecessary expensive repairs. I will be filing with the BBB. They also write their own false reviews and somehow are able to delete the negative ones. BEWARE!!!!! Tried to charge me 1000`s for something that cost pennies to fix or didnt need fixing in the first place. This is the stereotypical STEALERSHIP.....just plain scum!.

I am disabled and I have tried...

I am disabled and I have tried to get a van for over one month with no luck. My husband contacted Mike Rich and within three hours of working on it I got a 2012 Town &amp; Country. This dealership was the best I have ever dealt with and that will receive all of my business. They are a blessing because they really care and shoot from the hip. BEN PAULAKONIS - TRUE TO HIS WORD

I first contacted Ben on line about a used Chrysler 300. I am from South Carolina so I wanted to make sure I could get the car that I wanted for the price I wanted before I made the drive to North Carolina. Ben was wonderful!
