Avoid Dobbs Motor, the Fayetteville location and the Lumberton. From the time I signed paperwork, the lady in the Fayetteville office, Ms. Rose, has given my husband and I nothing but problems. I was making extra payments, but was called by them and told I needed to make a payment at that time to avoid car being repossed when I was actually two payments ahead... nobody kept a record of my payments, but luckily I ke... view moreep receits. They charge you to use a debit/credit card and Ms. Rose will not let you pay what you want on your car, I have to pay what she says is due exactly. Several employees at both locations complain about Ms. Rose, and I have spoke to Mr. Dobbs about her treatment of both employees and customers. Ms. Rose treats us however she wants because from the employee gossip, her and Mr. Dobbs are having an affair thats been years long. So pretty much customers and employess are treated like crap because Mr Dobbs wants to get laid and Ms. Rose thinks she has a little power because she is doing him.

BUYER BEWARE
All vehicles sold by Dobbs are either salvage or flood cars. All repairs are done with used parts and the majority of the cars they sell are actually two halves of two different cars welded together in their body shop. I am a former employee, I quit b/c I disagreed with their business practices and treatment of customers and employees. No promises or guarantees will be honored or remembered after the sale
