Not what they used to be. I did much more business with Hall Tire & Battery 10 years ago or so. I took my car in recently with a bolt through the tire & didn`t find the same friendly people whose attitude was customer 1st. This is a younger generation who would rather not be bothered with customers and their problems. I had taken a punctured tire off to leave for repair or replacement & was told I`d have ... view moreto stay. Afterward I spent 10 minutes waiting at the counter while the young man ignored me until he finished his telephone chat. I will never go back and couldn`t recommend anybody else go.

I have been doing business with Hall tire for years now. They don`t try to sell you the biggest and most $$. I always tell them what my needs are and they show me my choices. I never go here with my husband and never feel taken advantage of. Thanks Hall Tire!

ripped off by Phil Hall
We purchased a set of 75,000 mile tires from Phil Hall owner of Hall tire and battery. We brought the car back at a later time because the front end was not in alignment and one of the weights had fallen off causing a minor shake. He calls us back and tells us that we did not need an alignment and our problem was that the treads on our tires were separating and the tires were getting ready to fall apart. I told him &... view morequot;okay, they are your 75,000 mile warranty tires" He tells me "I will fix you up first thing in the morning. I call back the next morning and he says "Oh, your tires are fine....I have your car running smoothly now..what you need are new wheel bearings...If you do not get new bearings your wheels will fall off of your car." I turned him in to the BBB and all he did was lie. So needless to say... our car has a set of worn out tires that did not last for the 75,000 mile warranty and when we hit a bump in the road our steering wheel shakes back and forth. Phil Hall claims to be a Christian and then does not conduct honest business. I brought a vehicle in there years ago and he told me the same story about the tread separating..that is his M.O. He tells you that you do not need an alignment and that your treads are separating in order to sell you a set of tires because he makes money off selling tires...not by doing alignments.
