I drive 40 minutes to get to this place I have been told twice to come pick up my vehicle to get there and find out its not there...please please please shop else where...they told my friend he owed negative equity he went elsewhere and was positive 2500...

Don`t deal with this dealer!!
If I could give zero stars, I would. Received vehicle 4/2010. In shop on 5/2010 for transmission problems. The tranny has been replaced 5 times since then and is in the shop RIGHT NOW due to the same issues. A few months ago, we contacted the dealer and was advised this was the nature of business and there was nothing they could do. The warranty company became upset when we asked for a rental while our vehicle w... view moreas displaced and told us if this problem happened again, we would be refunded our money and dropped. Ummm, it makes sense to replace the transmission with new parts to me, to avoid further costs. The warranty company says it is too costly to do that. I guess they would rather continue to waste our time, theirs, and pay cost and labor several times over for used pieces and a declined in business reputation. We were referred by a relative of the manager, which was the worst mistake we have EVER made. Amongst other problems with the DEALER far too wordy to discuss.....please, unless you have money to throw away and time to waste, I recommend avoiding these scammists.

So far, so good
We`ve had a good experience so far. Tony was our sales rep and he was down-to-earth, friendly, and didn`t feed me any lines. I appreciated his honesty and willingness to make me happy with my purchase.

We live 1 1/2 hours away from the dealership and made the trip b/c of the internet pricing. Once I made my purchase, Tony drove the 1 1/2 hours to deliver my vehicle personally. That`s service!

I aske... view mored that my Honda be thoroughly reviewed and had a few issues checked out before delivery. The Service Dept at US1 employs some of the most customer oriented people I`ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Travis especially is amazing. He really takes pride in his work and even though he doesn`t generally work on Hondas, he made every effort to attend to my concerns.

I`ve had my SUV for one day, so I can`t attest to any concerns that might pop up, but for now... I`m happy.

Be Careful:
Bought new 2011 Avenger, price was higher than out of town, the one out of town had sirus radio and spoiler,& a few other features but these were the ones important to me. So they came to the same price and agreed to put the spoiler on and add siirus radio. I also bought mudflaps, door sills and chrome ext pipe for muffler. I wanted all this to be put on at same time, well took car in for that early am called late ... view morepm would be ready next day, called early am was told radio didnt come in but i know it came in week bfore cuz were gonna put in then and my credit card was charged (which refunded back) so when i picked up my car which looked great!!!!, the radio they added was the sirius radio that you or i could have purchased and was not a factory radio with sirus which is what i thought i was getting, specially when i know what was paid for, (we are talking a thousand $ difference in what the paid ver what i got)..So be aware that you need to make known up front what you expect and get it in writting so there will be no other misunderstandings. I love sirius radio and know how to work this one and it is the sportstir version but truely disappointed, especially expecting factory radio, knowing what i would have been charged if i had paid for and then to top it off they still charged me to put the pieces on i paid for(mudflaps, sills and chrome ext) with changing to the much cheaper radio they shouldnt have charged to put thoes few pcs on. Now with all that being said the car looks great and was a great price, but could have the same great looking car out of town and would have had factory installed radio with sirius. Just make sure you get every detail upfront and in writting and if agreed to add something to your car get in writting exactly what you are getting so there will be no disappointments.

Worst Dealer Ever
This place is HORRIBLE!!!!! They try to push you in a car you don`t want, they DON`T LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMERS, and IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR PURCHASE THEY DON`T REALLY CARE!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!! If this is how you treat your customers I wonder how they treat there employee`s!

SCAM TACTICS!!
Went to this place looking for an SUV. Was assured that when I got there, I would have several choices of vehicles to look at. However, when I got there, I got to look at NO vehicles at all, but was ushered over to a vehicle(of their choosing), and told to try it. After driving the SUV, I did not like it, and wanted to try something else. So they put me in a Durango which I thought I would like until I drove it a... view morend noticied the check engine light stayed on, the check gauges light stayed on, and the rotors were completely shot!! The salesman tried to tell me(because I`m a woman?) that the light stayed on because the gas tank had air in it!! Anyway, I told them that I did not want the vehicle and asked for my $2000 deposit back........they refused. After I had a shouting match with their Sales Manager, Jeff Breeland, I left, called the bank and cancelled the transaction. They are stealing peoples` deposits, and acting like it`s legal!! Do not buy anything from this place!!!!

Horrible experience/worse service
I recently went here to check out a truck. They assured me that the deal was done. My wife and i went to the dealership 4 times trying to take care of things for the deal. They had us complete all of the paperwork and sent us home in a new truck. The next day, after showing the truck to everyone, they called and said that there was a problem and i needed to bring the truck back. They wanted me to leave the truck, but could not give me my down payment money back until Monday! I was livid and told them where they could put the truck and left. Got my money back...not at 10am like they told me, but at 630pm. Would never send anyone to buy a vehicle here! Horrible service, very shady operation!
