I needed tires for my car. So...

I needed tires for my car. So I went to this Tire Kingdom location in Pineville on Saturday. While I was there I needed an inspection so I had them do it. Low and behold they failed my car because they said I needed front brakes, a tag light was out, and my tint was too dark. I know my tint was borderline anyway. Then they wanted to charge me an outrageous price to put brakes on. So I took my car back from them... view more. Over the weekend and Monday I got the stuff fixed. So I went back to them on Tuesday for another inspection without paying for it since they failed my car and I had already paid. Low and behold again...they said their inspection guy was off for the week! Needless to say I had to go pay another inspection fee somewhere else. They will not get any of my business again!!!!!

Wow- very impressed!

i have been to a few tire kingdoms and have been hardly impressed. Most of the time i feel like the pressure me into bying things. Not here, they were extremly friendly and understand customer service. They do a courtesy inspection but only so i am informed of the condition of my vehicle. Extremyl professional and polite. Will never go any where else!

I have been a customer of the Buffalo Tire for years- and when i saw thet they turned to Tire Kingdom i was very worried that the service would not be the same- i have read many other reviews from TK and was sure my experience would not be good- I gave them a shot and i must say was more than impressed. The place is cleaner then ever and more modern and updated- the customer lounge is friendly and comfortable- the ne... view morew manager is a young guy that is so energetic and helpful i knew he wanted my business- they kept me informed about my vehcile so i never asked how much longer- they informed me of needs i must address with my car in a proritized way- they did not use scare tactics or force me to buy anything- they showed and stated facts only and let me make my own decisions- I know a lot of old Buffalo customers might not even give them a try but i def encourage one- they will earn you back-- I PROMISE!!!!
