DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!!

This shop is not a repair shop you want to use. If you received a call from this shop or any other shop looking to repair your vehicle do not use them. This shop has had multiple complaints and even a formal complaint with the NC Attorney General. They will repair vehicles that should be deemed a Total Loss. They will cut corners in your repairs. They will promise you deductible Reimbursement which is illegal. This s... view morehop has even pretended to be the insurance company wanting you to bring your vehicle there for repairs. When looking for a repair shop check your local BBB. My recommendation would be to take your vehicle to a dealer ran body shop or a body shop that has more than one location. Ask your insurance company for any recommendations regarding repair shops in your area.

Terrible experience

Had a terrible experience with Central Collision Center 116 Dorton street Charlotte,NC I highly dont recommend them .Unfortunately they dont know how to conduct business ..Please do your research and search other collision center.. If you decide to use them I can assure you will be sorry you did. Important Please Read

After my accident I recieved a call from central collison center, thinking that the representative who called me was from the insurance company i allowed them to pick up my car.A couple of days later i recieved a call from the insurance company were i found out that i had been scammed but it was too late.When i recieved my car it was worse than when they picked it up. I ended up having to take my car 4 more times to ... view morethe shop to get "fixed" the people who work in the shop do not understand any english,they were never able to fix the car!!!! they always gave me sorry excuses to why the car was not working properly but never did anything to fix it. I ended up having to take my car to another shop,Today i recieved the news that the car was totaled! central coallision center has had me running in circles for the last 2 months and the car had been totaled from the accident.Central collision also claimed that they had fixed and replaced some pieces that was discovered by the other shop to be a lie, they have rats in the shop that ate most of the wiring of the car, they returned the car with several screws missing,air filter out of place,they broke some hoses and tried to fixed them with tape,they replaced the tires that were damaged in the accident with cracked ones,they left a hole under the car,the car alarm did not work due to the rats eating the wires,the car was having probems turning on,the car was turning off when i made u turns. After going to the shop and speaking directly with the manager the only response i got was that ,quote"They are not responsable for any of the car damages,that they are only responsable for the body work" Even though they state in their business card that they are a "Complete auto repair".If anyone has had any problems with Central Collision Center I encourage you to report them to the Better Bussiness Bureu.Central Collision Center has had several claims due to familiar issues .This has been the worst experience ever.They are dishonest people,they will try to get your business with a 10% cash back and a 100 dollars bonus for taking your car to the shop BUT it is definetly not worth it.Thank you for reading and i hope this review will be able to help.
