The customer service that I have received from Crown Honda through their pre-owned dealership this past weekend has only cemented the kudos that I have said before. I purchased an Odyssey last year from James Burnette and he was a joy and the finance team were willing to work with me on getting my new van. I brought my mother in this past Saturday to look at a 2012 CRV-L that she was going to purchase at Burlington... view more Honda but, I told her about the great customer service that I had received at Crown Honda and they lived up to their expectations with excellent and patient sales, Eugene, and the finance department and sales manager, Jeff & Kemo. I will buy all of my future cars from them and will recommend them to all of my friends.

Won`t Buy Again @ Crown
I have bought several times from this dealership and I am shocked by how I was treated the last time. Not only are the sales people rude as can be, the service dep`t is just as bad. Don`t even bother making an appt, it doesn`t matter bc you will have to wait for hours regardless!

Crown Honda of Greensboro is n...
Crown Honda of Greensboro is not the place to buy a car. We were high pressured into financing a car with them. Because we would not finance with them my wife and I were left outside a closed dealership at 10:00 at night. We requested a ride home but the Crown Honda employees were unwilling to help. I gave Jeff Hicks, the general manger, several opportunities to correct their mistakes and he refused. Jim Moebius of... view more Crown Honda called their performance idiotic and offered a couple of tanks of gas to soften the experience. Do not do business with Crown Honda or any of the Asbury Auto Group dealers. You can read about them losing a $5.4 million class action lawsuit in their latest financial report, Do you really want to do business with a company like this? Do not buy a car from Crown Honda of Greensboro or any dealer owned by the Asbury Auto Group. There are too many good dealerships that are honest and treat people fairly.

Do not work with Joe Herbin!!!
My wife and I are currently in the market for a Honda Certified used vehicle. After taking back and forth with Angela Obi (who is great I might add), we decided to purchase a vehicle from Crown Honda of Greensboro through her. Unfortunately, she wasn`t available the day we were ready to purchase a vehicle. So after talking with her over the phone, she recommended doing business with Mr. Joe Herbin. I can truly say he... view more is the ONLY reason why we did not purchase a vehicle from them. First, he made us wait about 30 minutes before he even met with us. Then he was rude and very hard to work with. My wife and I was willing to put down a down payment of nearly 50% of the asking pricing, and sign the paper on the spot if he was willing to negotiate the price only slightly. He stated that he didn`t set the prices, and that`s up to the manger. After asking him numerous times to take my offer to the manger, he was unwilling to. Later in the the discuss, these exact works words came out of his mouth, "I`m only making half the commission on this sell" (due to us being Angela`s customers). That goes to show that his unwillingness to work out anything was due to not making full profit on the deal. To end the discuss he stated that I was "wasting his time, and I could be doing something else". Before he finish he`s statement, I nicely interrupted him with a handshake and walked to my current vehicle and left. Like I said before, Angela was great and I`m very disappointed that my experienced with her will be overshadowed by my experienced with Mr. Herbin. Normally after experiences like this I would advise people to stay away, but due to my experience with Angela I would recommend if you go to Crown Honda of Greensboro to work with her.

Service needs to focus on details
Have used Crown Honda many times. Latley, when they have orded my parts..they are the wrong color for interior of my car. They don`t notice until I have already dropped my car off & gone back to work. They call me several hours later & say....opps! Twice int he last year. NIce service guys, but need attention to detail for the premium they charge compared to an independant shop. They did offer a free oi... view morel change to make up for it.

They`re ok
They ask too may questions. I`ve test driven 3 cars off the MERCEDES-BENZ lot without all the hassle. Crown Honda is a little nosey! And the service was not all that great! I had an easier time at the Mercedes-Benz lot!
