My son had a very disturbing experience when he brought in his car to be looked at by this establishment. He asked the person that took his keys to look at the car and tell him what was wrong. There was no discussion on estimates or diagnostic charges 3 days later he was called and a VM was left to pick up the car. When he went in to pick up the car they tried to bill him for $800. This work was done completly o... view moreutside of the North Carolina Motor Vehicle Repair Act that specifies the following, "When any customer requests a motor vehicle repair shop to perform repair work on a motor vehicle, the cost of which repair work will exceed three hundred fifty dollars ($350.00) to the customer, the shop shall prepare a written repair estimate, which is a form setting forth the estimated cost of repair work, including diagnostic work, before effecting any diagnostic work or repair." This was not done and now my son has to go through the process of complaints and possibly small claims court to resolve this issue. Save yourself the problems and go somewhere else.
