I have owned Mazdas for over 2...

I have owned Mazdas for over 20 years, and presently have three Miatas (1990, 2001, and 2008). I have always used RBM for my major service and repairs. Unlike most car owners, I enjoy doing all of my own routine maintenance so when I need someone with professional skills to work on them, I want it done right. Raymond is an excellent mechanic and very trustworthy. I have lived in Charlotte since 1973 and would not... view more consider taking a Mazda to any place but RBM for work.

Honest and Affordable

Raymond has been my mechanic for over a decade. I had a used Mazda first and found him when the dealers prices were too high (surprise, surprise). He helped me keep that car to a ripe old odometer age. Then about 6 years ago I bought a new Mazda, knowing full well I had a good mechanic that I could trust. Recently, due to reasons beyond my control, I went to the dealer (Montgomery Mazda) to look at an immediate probl... view moreem I had. They told me it was the alternator and wanted to fix it right away. Since I know enough about a car to know the alternator doesn`t make a mechanical noise (usually), I knew this was bull and went to Raymond instead. Of course it was NOT the alternator. So Raymond replaced the engine mount at a very reasonable charge. Point is, I waited at the dealer (Montgomery Mazda) to get a bullXXXX diagnosis. I feel this was a feeble attempt to rip me off. Long story short, I will never go anywhere else for car work. I will only go to RBM

Always great service, good advice, quality work. The type of place that I am comfortable recommneding my friends to & sending my family members there. When I need service this is the place I come to.
