Bad deal.

I`ve patronized Jeff at Wortmans for a few years, so when it came time to buy some wheels and tires I turned to him. To make a long story short, he wasn`t able to get me the wheels he said he could, which wasn`t entirely his fault, and I had already ordered the tires from him. After two months of waiting on the wrong wheels, he said he could not send the tires back without me forfeiting $150 to restock them. Communication was great until he got my money, beyond that he was out of town or out of the shop for weeks at a time, wouldn`t return my calls, etc. It took 3 months to get to the end of this ordeal, and when he finally refunded my money for the wheels he tried to keep about 30 dollars of it for his cost of me paying with VISA, and said he shouldn`t have to eat that cost due to my mistake. Once I reminded him that this was not my mistake, he did refund me the full amount for the wheels.

In the meantime, I`m stuck with a $736 set of tires I cannot use.
