We need a small scrape and hole in the bumper repaired and took it here. For some reason they needed to see if the power windows worked. Even though my wife told them that the passenger window would roll down but not up, they decided to roll it down and then tried to fix it by pulling the window up by hand, breaking it completely. Now the passenger window is broken in the down position and will not stay up. Great experience and service

I recently used the services of Triangle Collision. I was very impressed and completely satisfied with the experience from start to finish. The work was great, customer service was great and they paid attention to the details. The staff was very warm and explained everything to me and they were very courteous. Fantastic Service!

I am blown away with the experience I had at Triangle Collision. From dealing with the rental car to working with my budget when paying out of pocket for repair work. They really went above and beyond. Car looks good as new. Work was done quickly. They are true craftsmen. They even fixed a small piece inside the car that wasn`t part of the work for free. Recommended!

I know cars well enough to know the details of a poor paint job or signs of rough body work. I am happy to report that I could not find any of these details after I turned in 3 different cars to Triangle Collision this year. I preach loyalty to great service providers and will drive many miles to get great service. I have always felt I was a friend to the family in this establishment.

Outstanding

I`ve had several repair jobs done at Triangle and they are great! They work with your insurance company (so you don`t have to fight with them yourself!) and they do a wonderful job on the car. They are quick, they stick to their estimate and they keep in good contact with you while they have your car. I will use them every time I need them (which hopefully won`t be too often). Clint, in particular, is awesome!

Exceptional shop

I recently had my vehicle repaired by Triangle Collision. The staff was very professional, the repair work was flawless, and best of all they finished ahead of schedule. I refer everyone I know, I couldn`t have been happier, well outside of my car not getting wrecked. It`s not often people over deliver.
