EXCELLENT, QUALITY Body Shop and SUPERIOR Service!

FABULOUS Body Shop! A multi-tasking mom quickly closes her garage door and grind, Oh, the sound was awful, as the garage door scrapped down the back bumper of my car scratching and denting it from one side to the other. Being extremely particular regarding my car, but frugal by nature; I was on a quest to hunt for the best price quote for the repair. Thought I had found just that at a ""brand"" shop, but then came... view more across Hawkins Automotive. Hawkins Automotive is a 30 year, locally owned, family run custom body shop with INTEGRITY! Yes, I said integrity...they said they could REPAIR my bumper, NOT REPLACE and it ""would be like new"". Skeptical, I spoke with owner Kenny Hawkins. He assured me his employees are the ""top body guys in the business and they are excellent at their trade""! I took a chance and walked out with a ""like NEW"" bumper for a fair price but more importantly to me, I made a connection with someone, I hope not to have to utilize often, but when I need a body shop, I will automoatically contact Kenny at Hawkins Automotive. He and his staff earned my trust and confidence by backing up their words by delivery me a quality, ""like new` repaired bumper as scheduled! If ever needing a body shop, I will without hesitation, quickly respond, TAKE IT TO KENNY, to everyone in my path in need of a body shop for their automobile!

5 Star service, my car is like new!

I have a Honda Odyssey van and someone (grr!) backed into it in a parking lot. The dealer`s favorite body shop quoted me a quote that was...well, hard to believe and the insurance adjuster suggested Kenny Automotive. Kenny himself gave me a quote and showed me a very similar vehicle they had just completed. I decided to give the business to Kenny and have no regrets. My experience was extremely professional: * They handled all the insurance papers for me * The car was done ahead of schedule * They walked me through it to make sure I was happy (I was, but got the definite feeling that if I wasn`t, they would make it RIGHT) * They even called a week after to make sure I was pleased and that nothing had happened to the work. I would strongly recommend this business to anyone that wants a great job done on their vehicle, with high quality and great service.

NEVER EVER GO HERE!

I must say I was extremely disappointed bring my car to Kenny Hawkins. I had plan to get my car fixed at another location but heard from my dealership that they were professional and did a great job. SADLY THEY WERE WRONG! The paint job was HORRIBLE. From post consultation from another company, they stated that Kenny Hawkins did not let my paint dry before putting on the top coat therefore my car panels now lo... view moreok wavy. It was not smooth and an incredibly sloppy work. When I called to speak with them about the issue, an employee (the son of the owner) was rude. He made it seem like it was my car`s fault. I did not pay THAT MUCH MONEY for someone to do such a crappy job. Kenny Hawkins has a reputation for high prices unfortunately, this does NOT correspond to a reputation of high quality. Then when I spoke to the owner, he was even worse! He was unprofessional and disrespectful. I would suggest you save your money and take your car some where else to get fixed or painted or ANYTHING because how they treat customers and your car is quite a shame!

Had a minor repair and didn`t want to spend $$. Did what I asked and only that, and it was ready in no time. What more can you ask for?

Great work

My G35 got rear ended and I took it to Kenny Hawkins automotive and they did a great job and had outstanding customer service. They called me daily to give me the status of the repairs, dealt with the insurance company without me getting involved, and called the rental car company to extend my rental through the insurance company because the adjuster underestimated the damage.
