They will rob you blind
This company wanted to charge me a 25% fee for having my car towed there (this is after I paid the towing company). I called other body shops and they never heard of such a charge.
They told me my car was all but totaled but the costs to repair were as much as my car was worth. They thought I might get a few hundred for my car at a junk yard. BUT, they might do me a favor and buy it from me. What they were rea... view morelly going to do is have me turn the car over to them; they fix it up for far less than the estimate and make a ton off my 5 yr old loaded Toyota Camry.
Unless you want to donate your money to these folks without a tax deduction, don`t go here.

Paint job
I recently had my car painted at B & R Body shop on Independence Blvd. My mom drove me up there to pick it up. I almost cried when I saw what a beautiful job they had done on my car. It was the prettiest purple you ever saw. I would like to thank Neal Axley. He kept me informed all the way though this process and was there to meet me when I got there to pick it up. Thank you Neal. What a beautiful car I have now.

We used B&R body shop for rela...
We used B&R body shop for relatively minor repairs (my wife backed into it with our other vehicle) on my wife`s SUV as they were on the list from our insurance carrier. It was a very negative experience and here is why. We took the vehicle in for the scheduled appointment first thing on Monday morning. We told them we were leaving on vacation that Saturday and would have to have the vehicle back by Friday afterno... view moreon. They assured us this was no problem. On Wednesday morning I telephoned them to check on the progress and had to leave a voice mail as the person I needed to speak with did not answer their phone. No one called back, so late that afternoon I called back and they picked up the phone. I enquired about the vehicle to make sure we could get it on Friday. They did not know the status and would have to call me back. They called back and said they said it would be ready on Friday but it sounded like double talk but when pushed said it should be ready on Friday. (I should have went by and asked to see it) On Friday morning we called and asked what time we could come by and pick the vehicle up. They said would have to call us back. They called back and said vehicle would not be ready. When I asked why, again the double talk, no specific reason. When I reminded them we were leaving on Saturday morning for vacation, they told me "Oh, just keep the rental car, your insurance will pay for it." I told them I was not driving a small car on the trip and that was taking advantage of the insurance carrier. We returned the car that day. My insurance only covers a rental up to $500.00 so if I had listened to them I would have been stuck paying the additional rental out of pocket. When we returned from vacation, 10 days later on that Monday we called and asked when we could pick the vehicle up. Again they had to call us back and said well something else had to be done and it was not ready. After some direct talk, they said they would have it ready to pick up that afternoon. When my wife picked it up, no one bothered to say thank or even take her to show what had been done. When we got the vehicle home, the front valance was still bent. We called them back and they said well they thought that had been done some other time and did not fix it. (This is a new 2008 without a scratch on it and the valance was bent in exactly the same place as the grill assembly which they did replace) We had to take the vehicle back to them and wait for a new valance to be installed and it was inferred my wife was not telling the truth about the valance. Their words were "I am not going to argue with you." I would never take a vehicle to them again nor would I recommend them and I have told my insurance carrier about the poor service.
