Car dropped off hydraulic lift

Left my car on a Friday afternoon, It was suppose to be ready on Monday afternoon....
My husband went to pick my car up, to our surprise, the car was damaged on the front end and the passenger side. The car had fallen off the lift!!! I know accidents happen, but this one happened at 8:40 AM and my husband got there at 5:00 PM, they didn`t see fit to call us and let us know of the FALL. Then to top it all off, he s... view moretates, ""Don`t worry about it, It has happened before, my insurance will cover it."" He found it funny to give us a fake insurance company name and policy number!!! I also still had to pay him for the services he did on the vehicle, even after the fall that cracked the new radiator... Not very business like, we are still batteling it out in court and with the insurance company... I wouldn`t take my sons plastic john deere gator up there for any type of service... They had no remorse what so ever for what happen, I didn`t even get a We`re sorry... My car isn`t the first to be damaged there and I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!!!
