I have dealt with Brian in the service dept for years. He is very straight forward and does his best to get you in and out for the best price. They have always stood behind everything they`ve done to a vehicle for me. As far as the other review on here, perhaps learning how to read/write, spell and use proper grammar could take you farther. If you claim to know how to turn a wrench, then you should know that anytime ... view morean automobile sits, you have problems. Rule #1! It isn`t the 50`s anymore and the service computer doesn`t know if you`re male or female and theat is where the price is generated. Do us all a favor and stay with your domestic gas drinkers.

Warniing Bad repairs guys low priced all Toyota Dealer ships and other car repair companies by 351.00 to $400 to replace the timing chain on my 2002 Toyota Highlander V-6, I was going to Toyota of S.Blvd in Charlotte but this Dealership Quoted me $438 Dollars everyone else wanted $788, $796 $750 one me buying parts so I went to them being close and I asumed astonia not a large place would need to be honest... view more I got 3 miles down the road they called me and said my Valve Cover gaskets need replaced, I had seen NO leaks and I went over my engine and looked for any issues and maked sure it is mantained. I come from a family of well knowledged Machanic" is what they use to call them "and NOW 4140 miles later, I have a valve Cover leak in the right front but it was 12/07/2010 when they supposed fixed a item that I saw NO Oil leaking in the front of my engine then but I do now and because it has been over an year I do not drive that much or it would have leaked . I check my car and notice any and all issues with it. This car is in Excellent shape or was until this Dealerrship got their hands on it, No honor in their work, NO warranty 1 year or 30,000 miles. I`ll not ever take my Vehicle there again I am taking it in to see if it was even done at a reliable Dealership I had a clean engine and now I do not and NOT and Heather has a screan for women and men she tried to charge me higher when I went in. My 1ST and Last Toyota, I am not your average woman, I change my oiil, I fix anything I can on any vehicle I have ever owned, due to my younger brother giving me a wake up call I was in my dress clothes for work went by tohave himl change my oil he had a nice new creeper and said get on that and come under and watch me??/ I`m on my way to work I will get dirty..... I quote him; "No you wiill not its clean the engines clean not going to get dirty You are divorced now and you need to learn this will save you tons of money. He was right., He taught me to go in on top of a motor under to check for leaks what to take on trips for emergencies. but this is something he did not teach me I am a ticked off customer and I can not tolerate liars or being taken. I am blunt and straight to the point. they do not like that something that should have lasted for 4140 miles and I thought I had 25,860 miles more for a 30,000 mile warranty I did not hear a year It was Dec. Christmas time and I knew Christmas was gone for the kids. and they did not understansd I bet ever one of those and if they have kids had a nice Christmas But we live and learn. I will find someone honest that knows this vehicle and have it fixed, my brother n law was ill and this was one of his cars he needed off of him, it was a nice thing he and my sister did, But I have grown to dislike Toyota I had a GMC I situck all the money I put into this in to my truck I would have a dependable eay to work on GMC Serria 350 V-8 2500 double seats a place for everything and I gave it to my brother has her. He has her looking good and running 17miles to the Gallon as the same day I bought her If you are a woman let a man take your car in NEVER BELEIVE THESE CASH STEALING dEALERSHIPS these Technicains only make 10% or 15% of what they charge you and they do alll the work and if they are not educated and sent to cleasses on Vehicles some are taught to make issues to keep money coming in and if you do not know your car they wwill take you.. the light should have come hom when this woman sat for a reg manitence they come out want to do 2 other things she said no I have a a place t be and I` m sure she is backin nothing but taking and making sommake sure they have knowledge of your car, Stay away from this place they Take all your money and then they do not fix your vehicle properly or even ask you to bring it in to look at .
