Every time I have gone to have...

Every time I have gone to have my honda element serviced they do the work that is needed and are honest about what needs to be done. I can call Mr Courtney in the service department and tell him I need my honda serviced and he will be ready for me when I get there and the job is done in a reasonable time.

Not at all pushy

I`d been in the market for a hybrid vehicle for a while and was waiting for just the right deal to come along. Michelle, Internet Manage for Pecheles, was fantastic about following up with me when just such a car came onto the lot. She was helpful, friendly, and not at all pushy. The same can be said of Dean, the salesman I worked with and Brian the finance/insurance manager.

Very courteous

We went in and they did what we asked them to do. They were very courteous. We got a call and an email informing us that they were finished. They were very nice.

A good deal all around
