Service Department/ Sales Force

I called today to get a pretty simply price on a part. After calling 3 times because I was either transferred to the wrong department or just being put on hold with no indication I was being put on hold, I finally recevied a VERY short tempered and rude CSR. Rude people should not work in a service department because this is not SERVICE, at least not the type of service I appreciate when I am looking to spend my ha... view morerd earned money. That being said, my recommendation, find another dealer!

What a joke

This place is a joke, it`s well worth it to use a little more gas and go to bob mayberry or closer to Charlotte. Worst salesman ever, didn`t have a name badge so don`t know his name. Don`t waste your time going here.
