These guys tried to charge me $800 for a $200 part. When I came in, I was told to pay $1000 more than I was quoted over the phone. I was never even shown a work order before work began! Stupid me, I just took their word for it. They then tried to hold my car overnight so they could remove the new part, even though it had been in their shop all day and no one bothered to let me know it was finished, I had to call them... view more myself to check on the progress, and only then did they tell me they had been done for several hours. I live 45 minutes away from this location, I only came here because it`s near my job, and almost had no way to get home! When they finally did put my original part back on, they did a half-assed job, and now it`s rattling around and making a loud noise every time I accelerate. Do not deal with this place, they will rip you off. If you`re a AAA member like me, take your business to Albemarle Rd, they`ve always provided stellar service and saved me money everywhere it was possible. It`s a shame that this location gives AAA such a bad name.
