Consistantly Good Service!!!!!

I take both my Honda Pilot and my Toyota Carolla to Freidrich`s Fast Auto anytime I have an issue. They are very friendly and know their stuff. I brought in my Pilot expecting to have to replace the rotors, which is usually very expensive. They told me that I didn`t need to replace the rotors b/c they would machine them down and all I needed was new brakes. Do you know how many mechanics will jump at the chance t... view moreo charge you a bunch of money for new rotors? Do you know how many mechanics say that they ""don`t machine rotors here"" or ""your rotors are too bad to machine"". I have since been back to have them inspect cars I was thinking about buying. They saved me from buying a couple cars that were not what they appeared to be. These guys are the hidden auto shop that you only hear stories about...friendly staff, great service, and most importantly, fair and honest pricing. I will take my vehicles here as long as I live in Raleigh. I highly, highly recommend that you use these guys next time you need a mechanic. You won`t be disappointed.

Good People

I`ve been taking my truck to Fast for ten years now. They`ve always repaired my vehicle and always given me the cheapest alternative. These people are a rarity. They`re honest, dependable, and concerned only with doing the job right. If you need your vehicle repair go to them. You`ll be glad you did.

Honest, Affordable and Excellent Customer Service

I am a single mom that knows a little about cars (not your average female). I have found the most reliable, honest, affordable automotive shop to go to here. If something is found to be under a recall...customers are told right away and cost is saved (not your average Joe that wants a buck or always finds `something else wrong` that you have to spend money on right then and there). If I want to see how something work... view mores and `see` what is wrong...that time is spent with me and everything is walked thru. These days, where else are you going to get customer service like that? I am given different prices and I go with what I can afford and not pushed any other way...not because they don`t care...they just run a clean, family oriented business. I have taken my car to different places and always end up back at FAST. I have compared prices and have gotten quotes over the years and FAST matches but most of the time...beats by a long shot! I have learned some things might be less expensive other places, but I also found out the hard way that you get what you pay for at those places and in the long run have saved nothing (unless you go to Friedrichs). Excellent Service With Great Customer Satisfaction

As any woman will tell you, there are mechanics out there that take advantage of any female. I have found FAST to be a cut above the rest. They are always courtesy and quick to suggest ways of saving me money without compromising the quality of their workmanship. Miserable, terrible, and appalling Service Facility.

I would rate this facility as a zero, but the minimum is one star. I was never called or updated on my vehicle. They tried to tack on extra fees for random parts not related to my car and could not match the price given at a different facility as the promised. Overall, very poorly run facility. I have worked in the automotive service industry for years and this level of professionalism is appalling.
