I took my car in for repair and was told it would be ready in two days, which it was. The repair was perfect. The vehicle was cleaned inside and out. Scott made the experience painless and easy. Would recommend them highly. Great service, great people, great work.

I was in a fairly serious accident and was referred by AAA. They were extremely helpful and guided me through the complete process. I got my new Kia back and it looks like nothing ever happened. Rick was more than helpful. I`ll these guys 5 stars anyday.

Good experience

I had rear bumper fixed and painted. They did good job. They are AAA approved shop so that is why I went there. Good price for work and only took two days. I would recommend to family and friends.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND GREENSBORO ...

I DO NOT RECOMMEND GREENSBORO BODY COMPANY. Last month, I was in an accident. The only place in Greensboro my insurance would recommend and cover was Greensboro Body. I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience here, and would not recommend them to anyone who is dealing with a car accident. First off, it took almost twice as long as they quoted me for my car to be fixed. I am a student at UNCG, work two jobs, ha... view moreve personal commitments such as tutoring and therapy, and need my car on a daily basis. I cannot tell you how many times I rescheduled appointments and got my work shifts covered because I was told I`d be able to pick up my car - only to have them inform me that it wasn`t ready yet. Second, they ordered the wrong part. REALLY? Half an hour before I was scheduled to leave work (early) to pick my car up (second time around), they called me to say that they had gotten the wrong headlight and my car wouldn`t be ready till the following week. For a business that`s been around for 40 years, they should know how to order parts properly. They should also know how to FIX parts, too. I had installed some interior LEDs underneath my dashboard, and upon (finally) getting my car back, I discovered that the lights had been ripped out of the ground wire, fuse box, and thrown on my floor. The shop hadn`t even been on the interior of my car, yet they claimed no responsibility for this. My lights were working the day I pulled into the body shop to drop my car off. In the end, I fixed it myself because I couldn`t bear to go back, but that came back to haunt me. It has been just over two weeks since I got my car back, and tonight I discovered that the headlight they replaced is out. Now I have to go back for this to be fixed. If they`d done it right the first time around and hadn`t shoved me around so much, maybe I`d consider using them again. Next time I`m in an accident, Greensboro Body is the last place I`m going to take my car.
