This company is most unprofessional business I ever came across. I will be calling the BBB. There products don`t work at all. You been warn. Don`t be fooled it waste of money and time.

This place is a rip off. I am a single mom making $ 500a week. Took my car in for radio fix and they told me $ 100 to replace. When I wen to pick up they gave me a bill of over $ 300 when I asked why the owner came out and degraded me even cussing me out sometimes and locked up my car. SO I paid the bill buyer beware these people are shady

Bad customer service

The owner or employees doesn`t show appreciation for customer`s time. I had a scheduled appointment and the owner guaranteed me that I would be in and out within me scheduled appointment time. I arrived early on that day of my appointment and my car wasn`t completed until two and half hours after the time is was promised. All they told me was that they would give me a couple dollars off if I decide to continue busine... view moress with them.

They did a good job on my car and thank you for installing the dvd player..haven`t had no problems yet..but my light signal chime is off..but shouldn`t be hard for me to fix the menu..so good job on the car work..

DO NOT take your business here. Look elsewhere. Jan 2013 we ordered a new audio system for our Titan. They stated they could install it. I personally believe they bite off more than they could deliver.. During the quote they stated we needed to buy an additional harness for all the speakers to hook up to behind the unit. Once installed, They stated that they could not get the iPod connection to work. Got it hom... view moree and found out that something else didn`t work which required another wasted day waiting for it to get fixed. Something malfunctioned in the unit so hubby had to take it out and return to the manufacturer. He noticed that the iPod connector wasn`t even connected, he plugged it in and it worked. They also made mention when we checked out that he had to hard wire all speakers but yet during the quote he stated we had to buy a harness..... The only thing they were able to correctly install was the back up camera. Get 3 quotes from different places and beware these guys will rip you off! For the price we paid we could have taken it to the dealer and had a quality installation job completed! Should have read other reviews before taking our hard earned money to them.

this place is a total rip off if you go there have them give you an itemized list of parts and labor then go online and check their prices with crutch field or some reputable co. after leaving you`re vehicle they will call you and tell you that you need this and that. They don`t want to give you any written warranty info unless you press them. the installation is very un professional to say the least. I could kick m... view moreyself for ever getting tied up with these guys. the best advice I can give you is to go to a reputable shop which is part of the bbb which these monkey`s are not.

I like this place but I am a g...

I like this place but I am a girl that went alone. Not sure if I was taken advantage of. They are good people, but I had to go back because iPod hook up wasn`t working. Another 53 dollars. Now I am at Mazda because my lights on my inside panels won`t light up when the headlights are on. They were working fine before but no thy aren`t. I have mixed reviews. Overall I had a decent experience but now I am wonder... view moreing how much this repair bill will cost. They swear they didn`t mess with the wires. All I know is just make sure things are working before you get work done no matter where you go. If my repairs has anything to do with the work they did, I will return gift them my repair bill.
