Cheaters

If you are in the market for a used car, do NOT go to this lot. The owner, Elizabeth, is a mean and nasty ""you know what"" and will try to speak to you in a condescending and disrespectful mannner. I did not let her get away with it. If you pay your note there at the office, they hold it from the financing company for over a week. This means that you are being charged interest as if you are paying late, meanwhi... view morele, someone, somewhere is profiting. But they fail to tell you that this happens when you pay at their office. I called to ask about it and she wanted to have a bad attitude like how dare I ask the great Queen any questions. She actually said, ""what do you want me to do about it?"". So this is the way you speak to customers? That have sent business to your lot by the way. She does not know about the power of the internet. She also needs a reality check: the Queen lives in England!
Customer service goes a long way as far as I am concerned, at least act like you care if a customer is upset.
If you want to be treated like crap, pay for an overpriced used car and get overall ripped off, by all means, give them your business. If not, I strongly suggest that you keep looking.
I would have given zero stars but 1 was my only option.
Be warned and beware!!!!
