My husband worked with Bruce the owner to get his truck ready for inspection. Bruce gave him a list of things they would have to fix to pass. We spent hundreds of dollars to fix the vehicle and the guy was on vacation when it was sent through for the inspection. So another mechanic did the inspection after everything was fixed and had been paid for. He failed the truck. He had a whole new list, even had items that he... view more suggested we fix that had already been dealt with by them! My husband argued with the guy until the guy snatched our 2 year old`s juice cup and toy and wouldn`t give my husband it back until he paid for the inspection. He actually PUT HIS HANDS on my husband at one point. This was ridiculous. Bruce came back the next day and said that some of the guys actually used the inspection to get more work. I am absolutely shocked that this was OK in his eyes. We will NEVER go back again.
