Worst experience ever!

I drove my car in 2 weeks ago to have the check engine light looked at and was told it only needed minor repairs. 2 hours later I receive a call saying my engine is gone and it is undriveable!! The manager claims it was nothing they did and the engine would have gone soon anyway (not their fault he says). Might I add i had no noticeable issues before I dropped it off. After waiting 2 weeks to hear from their insuran... view morece people just to tell me they would not pay a claim to help cover repair or replacement.... Colony Tire also said they wouldn`t do anything to help fix even though I drove in my car and couldn`t drive it out. ""Sorry sir not our problem."" I would also like to add it took them 3 visits to fix my wifes car that was having hesitation problems and the problem was quite evident... a simple test drive from them after repair would have found the problem each time yet they let me drive it home with continuing issues. Beware is all I can say!

Excellent Knowledge; Great Staff

I highly recommend this store. They take the time to explain things to you and don`t make you feel pushed into buying their services. If you do have a problem or question, Jason is great and will make sure you are satisfied. The guys in the shop are always polite and the front office staff is great. Thank you Colony for such a great store with great service.

Best repair shop in town!

Hands down, the most knowledged and professional service I have seen in a long time. Jonathan took the time needed to explain what was wrong and why I needed it. Mike Mack is able to explain things as if you are human and not a machine. Jason and staff are the best!

Great Service!

Colony Tire is a one stop shop for all your vehicle needs. They constantly run great promotions. I enjoy going to a place that I know is not ripping me off. The crew at Fayetteville Rd are always nice and helpful to keep my vehicle running great.

Great Value and Customer Service

I had been shopping for a new set of tires for my Land Rover and was literally on my way to buy from another dealer when I decided I would call your store. I reached the Raleigh location at hwy 401 South & Ten Ten Rd and spoke to Holly.

She was the most educated, friendly professional I have encountered in a long, long time. She explained to me things I didn`t know in great detail and when I asked, ""What ar... view moree you, some kind of tire guru?"" Holly replied, ""You know, this is not just about tires, we`re dealing with people`s lives."" She genuinely cares.

It is so rare to find someone like her to do business with. In fact all of the people at that store were oddly friendly, informative and they just seemed to really enjoy what they were doing. If Holly is the manager there she is doing something right and I hope you personally call her and tell her to keep up the good job. Please put this letter in her record for performance review time. You need to do whatever to keep her with you for a long time and move her up in your company. I bet this is not the first time you`ve heard that.

You`ve got all my future business and I am going to tell everyone I know to just forget shopping anywhere else and go see Holly...end of story. The service was excellent, quick and the whole buying experience was perfect. I couldn`t be any more happy.

Super Service

Took my car in for tires last week. The management and staff were extremely friendly and professional. I observed the same treatment to other customers while I was there. The manager told me about a potential future problem and thought the part may still be under warranty. He did not try to pressure me in to fixing it now but told me what to watch for.
