1st time financing

A very good experience! They were very patient with me & my energetic two year old, & the process that took two days to complete. I was just going to look but had a strong interest in the VW Tiguan. They made me an offer I could not refuse, beat any interest rate I was pre-approved with and took my trade. Keefer did NOT pressure me to buy the car but they were professional and cared about me through the whole process. We have 3 VWs in the house and love them!

I`ve been a VW owner since 1994 - a Keffer Service customer since 2003 - they helped me keep my 1998 little blue beetle going for over 241,000 miles and when she finally told me it was time to go, Brian Wiles introduced me to my next VW partner - a 2013 Passat. went to keffer vw today to pick up my new golf, my sales person was not pushy and really made me feel like I was a valued customer, the manager steven miller was great to deal with, he went out of his way to make sure we were 100 percent happy.

Dishonest

BEWARE!!!! Never been screwed over more by a car dealership. Bought a used car from them in December under the condition that they would do some body work repairs and give me a rental car during those repairs. Now they are telling me that they will not honor their commitment. No explanation why. Just flat out telling me they are not going to honor the deal that was made when I purchased the car.
