I was highly disappointed. The owner Leonard Cummings has a very nasty attitude. My tires were not rotated like I had requested and was about to pay for. When I brought this to his attention Leonard Cummings asked me if I was sure (I am a female, so maybe he thought I was clueless about my car; but I know a few things. I then had to doubt all services that were supposed to be done to the car. When I asked any questio... view morens and for the old parts, Leonard Cummings was nasty and short; he must be used to getting over on people. I remained courteous and nice the entire time. His actions and attitude were uncalled for. Save your time and money and go to another Meineke or store altogether. This owner is terrible.

0 STARS. NEVER, EVER, EVER take your car here. They refused to give me a refund when the alignment that they provided on my vehicle was clearly not done correctly and they failed to inform me that getting an alignment was a waste of money until I had other things done to my vehicle. The next day, the car was inoperable b/c the tires began to peel b/c I needed a camber adjustment and a tie rod, and after getting these... view more two things done at another shop (because I didn`t trust letting Meineke work on my car again), I had to get another alignment, which meant that I payed for 2 alignments within 2 days. They refused to give my money back. Also, Meineke inspected my brakes b/c my brake light was on, and they told me the rotars needed to be turned and that I needed new brake pads on the front. I was suspicious b/c I have owned 7 vehicles in my life and I know that the brake light only comes on when something is seriously wrong other than normal wear & tear. My mechanic (not Meineke) said that my rotars and pads were ok, but there was a crack in the brake hole, which caused the light to come on. Meineke did not mention this to me. Also, Meineke wanted to charge double what my mechanic charges. The reason I took it to Meineke in the beginning was b/c I was in the area & only wanted something simple done. Otherwise, I would have went to my original mechanic, which I should have done to begin with. I also overheard several customers complaining about their service in the lobby. I will NEVER go back to this place again, even if the service was free! Their work and their customer service is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE.

Very Honest and Hard Working Manager who sticks by his mechanics
I just wanted to let you know that I went to these already thinking that I was going to get raked over the coals because one I am a woman and two because I am a woman! However, much to my dismay, it turned out to be positive. I really thought that it was going to cost more then I can afford. We were thinking it was one thing because supposively 3 other people that practice being mechanics said so, however turned out ... view moreto be nothing and there was no charge! I was in and out and no problems incurred. I don`t know who the other person was working with, but I did not have any problems what so ever and would recommend this facility to anyone. Its a long drive for me to get there, but I will go back in a heart beat because I had the best service and honest opinion about the car I brought in.

Cheats!
I have taken my car to this particular Meineke probably 5 or 6 times for oil changes. About 6 months ago they told me while I was in there for an oil change that some part in my rear axle needed something done to it or my wheel would fall off. I declined the service. A few weeks later I had a mechanic friend of mine check out my car and he said there were no problems. About two weeks ago I took my car in and the tech... view morenician told me my transmission fluid was burnt up. I knew this was impossible. I took the car to a reputable service station to have my car checked out completely. I specifically mentioned I wanted the fluids checked and mentioned the transmission fluid. I went back for my car and it was given a clean bill of health. I asked if they checked the transmission fluid and they said yes, it was fine.
I emailed Mieneke who had the manager of that location call me. He told me the two guys working that day were his best employees and nice guys and it would be hard to let them go. Nice guys?! They purposely tried to cheat me! Twice!
I would NEVER go back and suggest you think hard about giving them your business.
