AWFUL customer service

I have been coming here for years for oil changes or minor repairs. Simply put my experience today was AWFUL. I don`t know if the name change brought on new management/money hungry employees. Today was tge first time I ever felt like I was taken advantage of. Everyone I dealt with today was extremely rude anf very unhelpful. Visited on Sept. 18, and Jose ...

Visited on Sept. 18, and Jose was salesman who waited on us. He went above our expectations to show us cars we where interested in, out in the Rain also to get them. I called your store after finding your name and address on Yellow Pages.com, where I also read a raving review from a past customer. When I called your store I spoke with Micheal Klosek in the service department. Micheal was in constant contact with both Chelsea and I and kept us updated where they were at with her car.
