I`ll for sure take my car back here if i need work done!
This place was awesome! it was clean inside, the service was great, the people were nice- they were honest and had great prices- I`m the type of person who drives 2 hours back home when i have to have ANYTHING done to my car so i can take it to the same guy I trust and know, but in an emergency when i can`t drive home, i`ll for sure be driving here, these guys were awesome! ! !

Nice people, bad results
I had used his Firestone service station for a number of years, but after a number of incidents, it became clear that I did not want to use them anymore.
They misdiagnosed the break caliper on our Toyota Sienna after we brought it in saying that we were having trouble with them. They said the breaks were fine and then Sears found that the caliper was sticking and needed to be replaced. Sear did the work and i... view moret resolved te issue.
Our Mazda 626 was having idling trouble, I brought it into them and they said that it was a carburetor issue and it would be a 2K replacement, one that they could not do. I got my car back from them in a state where it would now stall unless your kept your foot on the accelerator. I managed to drive the car down to the Mazda dealership where they cleaned the carburetor and reassembled it in the correct fashion and it has been running correctly since then. This was a $350 service charge and it was likely one I payed to Al Smith Mazda to repair Firestone`s mistake.
They are nice people to deal with but their results on repairs are terrible. I am using Pinnacle automotive for my repairs since then and have been very happy.
