PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE HIDDEN COST OF LEASING A VEHICLE IN NC!! This dealership, while they are pleasant enough to deal with, will pretend to be ignorant of personal property taxes and how much a year they will add to your payments. I leased a 2012 IS from them valued at $41,000. I do not own the car but in this state the owner (Lexus) can pass the cost of personal property taxes on to the lessee legally. While th... view moreis should be illegal it is not so please be aware that on a $41,000 dollar vehicle IT WILL COST YOU $600 DOOLARS FOR THE FIRST YAER WHICH RAISES YOUR MONTHLY PAYMET BY $50 A MONTH!! They will tell you that it?ˆ™s only a couple of hundred and downplay this major increase in price. Please don?ˆ™t take my word for it. Call 311 and speak to Mecklenburg county tax office directly before making a decision to lease a vehicle from any Hendrick dealership. This tax varies from year to year and is assessed based on the blue book value of the car. For 2012 it?ˆ™s 1.23% so you can do the math on how much more this will cost you per year. Now I am not expecting them to know every counties tax laws but they most certainly should know Mecklenburg counties as the majority of the customer live within that county.

I have been with Hendrick Lexus for 7 years. I have purchased two vehicles from them and even have family and friends which I suggested also purchase. The customer service is extremely pleasant and high quality. I never have to worry about my car and its care and will remain a longtime customer.
