Amazing Service
We had a strange noise on our `11 Honda Accord which we purchased in Vermont before moving to the Greenville area. Took it into Barbour`s Service Center without an appointment. In less than an hour they had figured out the problem and fixed it. On top of that there was no charge!. I will be using them for all the work on our Honda. Friendly people with a can-do professional attitude.

This dealership is wonderful! I worked with Jimmy Quinn, and he was stellar in service and patience! He found exactly what I wanted, in the price range I wanted and even negotiated further to make me happy! The entire process went very quickly, and painlessly. Being a former Toytoa owner, Jimmy went above and beyond compared to the Toyota dealership in Grenville. He answered all of my numerous questions with patie... view morence. He took the time to show me all of the features of the Pilot, reviewed all of the manuals to make sure I was comfortable and knew how to work all of the controls. In addition, Jimmy was very respectful of my time. I will tell all of my friends and family Bob Barbour Honda is my first choice from now on! Thank you so much!

There were no surprise charges
They were really professional. I was in and out in a hurry. They kept me informed throughout the day. There were no surprise charges. They called and asked if they could replace my windshield wipers. I meant to tell them about those that morning but I forgot. They picked up my slack where I dropped the ball and fixed it for me.

They Kept me Well Informed
When I got there, they pulled up my name and I filled out my paperwork. They got started on the car. He told me ahead of time how long it would take and an estimate of how much it would cost.
