Excellent service

These guys go above and beyond. I had a trailer wheel bearing fail on the I40 - had to pull over and leave the trailer in a parking lot. After getting home the next day found out this garage was less than a mile away. I called and rather than demand I get the trailer (and boat) towed to them they agreed to go take a look. Did not take advantage of me and nice people.

Had a noise in the dash could not figure it out and took it to Frasiers and left it all day.They brought me home and and picked me up with no charge.Fraziers could not find where the noise was comming from because it would not make it while they had it all day.So they did not charge me and did not try to fix something that did not need fixing in other words they were honest and did not take advantage of me and i appr... view moreeciate that..Jeff .

Good service

We`ve used Frazier`s Garage for a few years for oil changes and inspections. They`ve always been helpful and have had no problems. (Be wary of reviews that insult people.)

I also recently moved to Mebane, and got suckered into taking not one but two cars there to be absolutely ruined! They couldn`t make the cruise control in my Volvo work at the same time as the A/C (WTF? A Volvo certified mechanic told me that it was the dumbest thing he has ever heard.) and they TOTALLED my Volkswagen. We took the Passat in for routine maintenance on the turbo, and when I got it back, I barely even... view more got down the street before it started making HORRIBLE SQUEALING NOISES. Never heard that before. I took it back, they told us they must have crossed a wire, held on to it for 2 more weeks, and of course, I get it back...still doing the same thing. It got so bad, that I eventually sold the car. It broke down shortly after that. They are not cheap, the customer service department (HA! Like 1 person!) is ignorant and careless, and the mechanics don`t know anything about automobiles! Don`t even consider taking a car here, unless you`re warming up for the demolition derby! Don`t go here!!!!!!

We`ve recently moved to the area and have just had our first experience with Frazier`s Garage in Mebane. We`ve been ripped off and scammed and overcharged. They didn`t even do the work promised. Then tried to get more of our business by telling us our battery and alternator were bad but they only loosened the terminals so it wouldn`t start and wanted to charge us another $150 for the battery and $300 for the alternat... view moreor. He said ""batteries do funny things when they sit for even a couple days. It`s just coincidence that the battery and alternator went bad while we were fixing it."" Now we`re left with way more problems then when we started. Very very expensive and terrible customer service!!! The owner witnessed the mechanic admitting the work wasn`t done that they said they would do and he yelled at us that we shouldv`e taken it somewhere else.
