Not impressed, poor service, poor responsibility

1) Had keyless remote installed in wife`s car. The units worked OK at first but eventually did not function consistently. Before we sold the car the two units (even with brand new batteries) would only occasionally open (unlock) the doors but would never lock the doors. The install was a waste of $175.

2) This place is either too busy or too lazy or something. They will not answer their phone (even duri... view moreng business hours) nor will they return phone calls when leaving a voice-mail message (they ask you to do this).

I think I will look for a more responsible and more responsive outfit. Pro Electronics is a loser in my opinion.

zero stars - avoid like the plague!

Just about the bleakest, unfriendliest place I`ve been to in Raleigh. It took them three times as long to do what they`d promised since they lost my component -- twice. Then when they finally finished the job, they charged me 25% above the already too-high ""flat fee"" they`d originally quoted. What kind of a car stereo place is only open during banker`s hours?
