Outstanding quality and service

I just picked up my vehicle last evening after having some body work performed. I found Haddock to be exceptionally professional. I had been in an accident with an insured from Nationwide. Haddock handled the claim, rental car, and the repair. Rod wrote up the damage, took lots of photos and scheduled the service. Ernie called me with a progress report on day 2 and again half way through day 3. The repair was pla... view morenned for 3 days and they performed flawlessly. The car was ready at 4:30 in the afternoon, but I was not able to make it before they closed, so they left it outside for me to pick up after hours. The work was fantastic and the car had been washed and vacuumed. Could not ask for more. Would recommend Haddock to anyone needing body work and painting.

Used to be good....

Two times I`ve had to get my car repaired and both times I`ve gone to Haddock`s on the recommendation of family. Both times I`ve had to bring the car back because Haddock`s didn`t verify the work was complete. The first time they left a broken piece on the door that should have been replaced, the second time they left the leather on the inside of my rear doors hanging out of the frame. For the second issue I was told that the doors were like this when I brought it in (which is not true) and will have to wait to see if they`ll fix this. Regardless of the outcome, if I need body work in the future I`ll probably try another shop (and take pictures inside and out before leaving the car with them). Sometimes a business gets so successful they forget what made them a success to begin with.
