My experience began with a friendly reception from Ellen, who set up my appointment. I received a Mercedes loaner car for the day, so all I had to do was stop in for 2 minutes to give my information, and then I came back at 6. When I did, Dave was able to go through all of the points of my 15k service and explain them clearly.
