Honest and loyal
I will follow Don and his team to the end of the earth. I have had my share of good mechanics in the past. Those mechanics were honest and pleasant. These guys actually care. They`ll listen to your problem, they will fix it and be honest about the prices. They always go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. I recommend Choice Auto Care to everyone in the Raleigh area. You couldn`t find a nicer or more skille... view mored place!

Wonderful service at a fair price
I recently moved my daughter to Raleigh, and after I left her car began making a noise that was worrisome. I called Choice Auto Repair from my out-of-state home and talked to them. They agreed to take a look and include me in the conversation about the repair. They found the problem, fixed it promptly and at a very fair price. If I did not leave 500 miles away, I would use Choice Auto Repair for all my auto servi... view morece needs. I will recommend to my daughter that she use them when car service is needed.

Honest, trustworthy and extremely knowledgable.
I have been taking my business to Choice Auto since my first Nissan 6 years ago. They have always offered exceptional customer service- doing the little things that make a big difference. I had the experience of living overseas in the UK for a year and owned a Nissan over there as well...I realized what I was missing when my car acted up and I had to take it to an unfamiliar mechanic! Honest. - 1st time using this shop
I took my 2000 Nissan Frontier in on Friday before new years. There was a rasping noise that only happened during acceleration. It was a cold morning and the noise was minimal. I also needed it looked over to see what maintenance related repairs it may be needing. The service manager was very nice and called me, suggested I change the plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor. The rasping noise was from a heat shie... view moreld vibrating against the exhaust. I agreed to have this work done and went to pick it up that afternoon.
When I arrived, the truck was making a new noise. This time it was a patterned tapping sound. The mechanic told me it was an exhaust leak from a bold that was missing from the manifold. He told me he had heard it since he started working on it. since this noise happened when the engine was idling, I know it was new. The service manager agreed with me and they agreed to work out a deal for me since it happened on their watch. At this point I was reluctant and wondered it I had been had. I dropped by another place that verified the bolt was missing and that was what caused the noise.
Choice repaired the bolt faster than they expected and adjusted the price according. Now the truck sounds great. I`m pleased. I will most likely return for future work, although as a warning, their hourly rate is higher than some.
