Firestone totally ripped me of...
Firestone totally ripped me off. I took my car in to get my brakes checked since they were squeaking. The mechanics told me that I needed to replace each of my brakes (I`m talking the whole brake assembly - not just the brake pads). After paying a fortune, I picked up the car, drove it out of the parking lot, and noticed that the brakes were STILL squeaking. I returned to Firestone and the mechanics assured me that t... view morehey had done the job. I spent another 45 minutes waiting as they took another look at it and "cleaned out the dust from the brake pads." Afterwards, I noticed that the brakes were squeaking YET AGAIN. Now Firestone is telling me that the squeaking may have been caused by leaking axle grease rather than the brakes in the first place. Forget you, Firestone! From now on, I`m taking my business elsewhere.
