Falls Village exxon does excep...

Falls Village exxon does except the yellow page coupon, and were more than helpful with my car. These guys are quick, trustworthy, and great all around. I would highly recomend these guys to anyone who is looking to get their car fixed right the first time for an affordable price!

does not accept yp mobile coupons.

After calling and confirming they accept the yp app mobile coupon, I drive to the shop. When I get there, Bobby tells me he doesn`t know what yp is and that he will not honor the coupon. I ask if he advertises with yellowpages he says yes. I show him my phone, the reviews, the whole yp app with the advertised deal and he says that`s not him, not his advertisement and he doesn`t offer oil changes at this price.

Best service Ive ever had

These guys are great! They have saved me money over the years and stand behind all of their work. I have brought all of my friends to them and even they keep going back. I refuse to take my car anywhere else.

Cannot say enough Great things about these folks!

I have visited this shop with questions about both my motorcycle and my car. The last time I visited, I left after an oil change and tire rotation. I had an issue with my car about 10 miles down the road and these guys got right into their own car and drove to look at it where I`d stopped on the side of the road. It turned out that I had gotten the accelorator stuck under the floor mat because of my own stupidity,... view more but the mechanics just fixed it and put me back on the road with a reassuring pat on the back. They would not even take any money for driving to come and look at it. Stellar guys that are honest and trustworthly. Would highly recommend them to everyone! Avoid these guys (especially your spouses!)

These guys are a complete rip off!!!

My wife had *very* simple problem that needed repair. Well, they gave her an estimate of over $700 (not lying)!! Normally, an unsuspecting woman would say, ""well ok, I need it done"". I went in later and checked the estimate and about had a bird. Anyway, knowing a little bit about cars, I spoke to and questioned them why the estimate included things that did not need... view more repairing? They vehemently tried to talk me into it.. but they knew I was pi--ed about the estimate. I told them to ""can it"" and left. I went back later - I fixed the problem in the parking lot and drove off.

I then took it to the Exxon on Strickland Rd, and had them look at it. 10 minutes later she was back on the road with NO CHARGE!!

DON`T GO HERE, NOR SEND YOUR UNSUSPECTING SPOUSES HERE!!! These guys give car care mechanics a bad name.
