To all customers that have gotten there window tinted here I strongly urge you to go to another authorized 3m dealer and have your film checked to be sure you have gotten what you paid for.the past four months I tinted Windows for this company and the new owner was chargeing people for crystaline jobs and putting a lesser quality film on people`s cars a huge profit for him but he don`t care once you drive off so like... view more I said if u have had your car done in the past four months I urge you to go call the 800 number on your warranty card and find the next closest 3m dealer and make sure you got what you paid for I know cause I was the one who had to install the film but don`t take my word for it go have it checked out for yourself.any one wanting tint on there car should stay way clear of this buisness.

Best and Fast Place For Tinting

This was emailed to me by a customer. The title was ""The Best and Fast Place For Tinting"" It reads, Hey There, I got my windows tinted last week and got them checked today and received my lifetime warranty. But I just wanted to share my experience while I was there. First, let me tell you that they were very good and fast at what they do. Lucky for me, they were the ones paid to get it done. I have now made new friends (they talked to me while I waited) and I WILL get more work done there in the future! DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY THERE!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY DO NOT HONOR THE WARRANTIES! I purchased some of the reflective tint for a Honda Accord I purchased 3-4 years ago. About August or September of `08 I called them to ask what could be done because it started to bubble up very bad. I spoke to who I now know is the owner, Ron.

I explained the situation and he said they would gladly take the tint off as a courtesy even though the tin... view moret company they purchased from went out of business.I work a full time job and a part time job. I explained I had hardly no time and it would probably be a while before I could get there because I work 7 days a week and go to night school. He said that was fine.

I finally took some vacation off the weekend after Christmas. I called a day before going up there to see if I could come in that Saturday morning after explaining the situation. ""Sure"" I was told by one of the women that answered the phone. So I was there first thing Saturday morning. Well I explained the situation to the lady office manager and she said she could not do it without authorization from Ron. She claimed she called him and he would probably be there around 12 and she took my numbers and said she would give me a call. Mind you, I live an hour away. I got a vibe something was not on the up and up. Well I go on home and 2 days later no call. So I call back, and spoke to the same woman ( the office manager ) and she said he (Ron) never came in but he should be in later and she got my number again and promised to call me back.

Guess what? The date is now January 6th, 2009 11:08AM and I never received a call back or any type of acknowledgement. you are supposed to be a business that even states on the card ""Home of the Lifetime Warranty"" what a joke! I despise liars!
I ended up going somewhere else to get the tint removed and I got new tint installed.

purple tint, avoid diamond for tint, bad customer service

had tint done and turn purple in the summer and came to diamond to have them fix it and paid cash to the owner Ron and didn`t give me a recipt. He said that the tint was under a waranty, but when i went back to his shop to get the tint fixed they wouldn`t fix it. Tried to get me to pay to fix something that ron told me was not going to be a problem. That is not how a buissness should be ran. There are better shops and better people to work with. My advice is to avoide that shop!!

Best service in town

They are so nice at Diamond. I asked ALOT of questions and they were very patient with me. I had no idea that there are so many types of tint. They even tint home windows. Overall hands down they are great! The people that work there are very friendly and make you feel at home. If you want good service I would recommend going to Diamond.

Best place to get window tint

This the first time I have left a message about an establishment. I was not sure what type of tint to have on my car. The staff at Diamond were very knowlegeable. They explained the different types and percentages of each tint that they carried. I was very sattisfied with the overall service I recieved. I would recommend this place of business to anyone. Conveniently Located, great customer service, and a lot to offer!!!

I do not understand the reviews that are being written about this place. In defense, I thought I was informed properly about the NC state laws and they helped me select my tint from the get go... and no problems! This is my third time to this establishment and at anytime I had issues, they were quickly resolved. I know from reading comments about Diamond that they probably weren`t given the chance and there are s... view moreome customers that can`t be satisfied no matter what anyways... Go down there and speak to the owner himself he is from Hawaii and is one of the nicest guys around. I always heard from the locals that they have a great reputation for doing good work and it has been 5 years since I`ve been doing business with them. Good Luck!
