I would rate this car lot a zero. I purchased a 10,000 dollar vehicle the day after Christmas. When I got home noticed back rim was sitting warped sided. Took to place that I buy my tires, which was also a body shop. When mechanic put up on ramps told me car had been in a left rearend collision which had warped back axles on vehicle. When I notified National Auto the manager said we bought vehicle from an auction a... view morend we signed document stating that vehicle had not been in no collision. The first thing I asked for before I bought vehicle was for a car fax which he would not disclose to me. He told me if you can prove vehicle has been in an accident I will take back to auction and make them purchase it back. So I ran off a car fax myself which cost me 50 bucks and it proved to have been in rear end collision just like stated by tire shop. The manager was very very rude and it has been a week he stills has vehicle assumbly he suppose to be getting vehicle fixed to make me" a happy customer," he stated the only way I will be happy is for him to refund my money.
